Whole Quinoa or Quinoa Flakes make for a Wonderful Breakfast Bowls.
Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
½ cup quinoa or quinoa flakes
1 cup milk or fortified dairy beverage, such as soy or almond milk
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh fruit of choice
Nuts & Seeds
Combine quinoa flakes milk, and vanilla in small saucepan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring, for 4–6 minutes. Note whole Quinoa may take little longer to cook.
Serve with fruit & nuts.
