Serves 2
Ingredients
1 Banana
¾ to 1 cup mixed frozen berries of choice (I like blueberries, cranberries and cherries)
2/3 cup rolled oats
2 Ounce walnuts or use 1 heaping tablespoon natural nut butter
4-5 teaspoons whole chia seeds
2-3 teaspoons ground flax
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ to ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
½ to 1 cup milk or dairy alternative such as unsweetened almond or oat milk
Additional walnuts and fresh or frozen berries for garnish before serving
Directions:
Pulse using blender to combine all ingredients until you have desired texture. I prefer to keep it somewhat chunky
Pour mixture into wide mouth mason jar or Tupperware container
Refrigerate over night
Garnish with additional walnuts and fruit of choice

Made this for breakfast for something different and its become a new favorite. Easy to make, all with frozen fruit and very filling. A must try in my eyes
