Breakfast parfaits are a simple solution to nutritious and delicious start to your day. Heck, you can even get the kids involved. These can be prepared the night before and kept in the refrigerator.
Oat & Berry Nutty Granola Parfait
Makes 1 parfait
1½–2½ ounces rolled oats
½ cup unflavored Greek yogurt, 2%
½ cup blueberries
6 almonds or 4 walnut halves
Dried cranberries or raisins for garnish
Place three-quarters of the oats at the bottom of a tall, wide glass.
Layer yogurt, blueberries and remaining oats.
Top with nuts and dried fruit.
